UMD men’s basketball win first ever NCAA game

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men’s basketball team advanced to the semifinals of the NCAA Central Region with an opening win against Central Oklahoma 62-56.

The game marks their first ever NCAA Tournament win in program history.

UMD was lead in scoring by Joshua Brown with 21 points, and Jack Middleton with 14.

The Bulldogs now set their sights on their next opponent Emporia State, with the semifinal game tipping off tomorrow at 5:00 p.m.
