UMD men's basketball moves up to No. 11 in NABC Poll

On Tuesday the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men’s basketball team rose up one spot to number 11 in the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) DII Coaches Poll.

They defeated St. Cloud State University last Wednesday 80-69 to finish their regular season 23-5.

Earning a first round bye in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) tournament, they tip-off in the NSIC quarterfinals Saturday in Sioux Falls. Their opponent will be the winner of Wayne State versus Augustana on Wednesday.

The UMD women’s basketball team hosts Sioux Falls in round one of their NSIC tournament Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Romano Gym.
