Two Vikings nominated for NFLPA’s highest Award

Two Minnesota Vikings have been nominated for the Alan Page Community Award; the highest honor the NFL Players Association can give.

Defensive tackle Harrison Phillips is being recognized for taking 300 families on shopping sprees and hosting a Christmas party for another 150 families.

Running back Alexander Mattison distributed new backpacks, supplies, books and shoes along with free haircuts for 250 kids in Minnesota.

The voting window closes Wednesday at midnight, and fans can place their votes here.

The five finalists will receive $10,000 to donate to a charity of their choice. The winner is announced during Super Bowl week.
