The Minnesota Wilderness, the North American Hockey League (NAHL) team based in Cloquet, will host their first couple of home games this season in Proctor. That’s due to ice and cooling tower issues at Northwoods Credit Union Arena in Cloquet.

The Wilderness will now host their September games and practices at the St. Luke’s Sports and Event Center in Proctor.

This includes their pre-season contest on September 2nd against the Austin Bruins.

Their first regular season game in Proctor will be September 9th against the Anchorage Wolverines. Then comes a series with the Springfield Junior Blues on September 28th and 29th.

The Wilderness are expected to return to Cloquet on October 20th when they take on the Chippewa Steel.
