Superior City FC named Aaron Blanchard new women's head coach
The Superior City FC women’s soccer team announced their new head coach on Thursday.
Aaron Blanchard will take over the program for the 2024 season. Sharon Lahti led the team in 2023, but stepped away due to time constraints.

Blanchard previously coached soccer with the Gitchi Gummi Soccer Club and Cloquet High School, and is now in his second year as Northland College’s head women’s soccer coach.
He also played two seasons for the University of Wisconsin-Superior men’s soccer team, winning the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference title in 2017 and 2018 to play in the national tournament.
