One week after Brett Skinner departed to become the new head coach of the Fargo Force, the Minnesota Wilderness wasted no time and named Colten St. Clair as the sixth head coach in team history.

He spent the last two seasons as an assistant of the USHL’s Sioux City Musketeers, also winning a Clark Cup Championship.

In 2015 he became the youngest coach ever to win the WSHL’s coach of the year award.
