Former UMD Bulldog Michela Cava signs one year deal with PWHL Minnesota
Michela Cava, the former UMD Bulldog standout, has signed a one year deal with PWHL Minnesota. She is now one of 14 forwards under contract.
Michela Cava, the former UMD Bulldog, has officially signed a one year deal with PWHL Minnesota.
Cava scored 22 goals in her two seasons at UMD from 2014-2016. Cava then continued playing hockey overseas in Sweden and Russia, and also competed for the PHF’s Toronto Six.
Cava was a 12th round pick in the inaugural PWHL draft in September, and is now the 14th forward under contract for the team.
PWHL Minnesota begins their season on January 3rd.
