Wednesday marked the first official day of the Minnesota girls high school basketball season, and Duluth East was the only team to host a game.

The Greyhounds however would drop their season opener to Princeton falling 75-23.

Duluth East (0-1) next hosts Cambridge-Isanti Tuesday, Nov. 28 at 7:15 p.m. in Duluth.
