CSS’ Trent Beseth breaks shot put record

Trent Beseth on the College of St. Scholastica track and field team placed first overall in the men’s shot put at the St. Olaf Ole open on Saturday.
He did so with a throw of 15.28M, which was good enought to just pass Jeremey Peterson’s throw set back in 2015.
Beseth’s throw also claimed the top spot on the MIAC performance list this season.
