Former Hibbing Mine View building moves over St. Louis County Fairgrounds
A new life and purpose for the former building at the Hibbing Mine View, and the St. Louis County Fair is so excited.
Moving day went smoothly for the new office space for the St. Louis County Fair.
The city of Hibbing donated the old building from the Hull Rust Mine View. Crews moved it carefully from over in Hibbing to the fairgrounds in Chisholm on Tuesday morning.
It’s going to undergo some renovations and remodeling to get it ready. But for now, the fair board is really excited to have it here.
St. Louis County donated money to help with the transportation.
The 140th year of the fair is coming up in August!
There’s also a new 4-H food booth that’s being installed.
