What’s Brewing: Canal Park Brewing’s competition beers

Canal Park Brewing Co. is preparing for competition season.
General Manager Addison Memmel said they always brew intending to make the best beers they can.
“Our brewer really stepped it up this time,” he said. “We’re doing a 40 Acre Saison; the Clear Waters Cream Ale, which goes pretty quick, so come down to the brewery as soon as you can once we release that; a Mudpuddler Maibock … and then a Castle Run Extra Special Bitter.”
Canal Park Brewing also has a BockFest coming up from 12-6 p.m. Saturday, March 25. They’ll be poking beers to caramelize the flavors.
