The University of Wisconsin Superior’s 26th annual Season of Song concert is coming up Sunday and Tuesday. This year’s theme is Season of Song: Light Beyond Shadow.

Associate professor of music Michael Fuchs explains, “It’s this idea of exploring music and poetry not only that not only acknowledges the challenges of life and our world- but also reminds us that there’s hope and joy and peace.”

The concert features music from the choir, orchestra, and organ.

“We try to mix it up. We do ‘O’ Holy Night’ every year. This year we’re doing ‘O’ Come All Yee Faithful.’ We have one beautiful standard Hanukah song ‘Hanerot Halalu.'”

The Season of Song is Sunday, December 3 at 4 p.m. and Tuesday, December 5 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door. Cathedral of Christ the King is located at 1111 Belknap St., in Superior.
