UMD International Club putting on Feast of Nations
Food and performances will be underway at UMD with the Feast of Nations on Saturday.
UMD’s International Club is putting on a Feast of Nations this weekend.
The theme is “Colors of the World.” Beyond an array of food from around the world, there will be performances and a fashion show.
“International Club is a club which actually creates a sense of belonging for all the international students on campus,” Nooreen Fatima Syeda, a board member, said. “And our main aim is to create a home away from home.”
Feast of Nations goes from 4:30-8:30 Saturday evening at the Kirby Ballroom and Weber Music Hall on UMD’s campus. Tickets cost $12 for students and $15 for non-students.
