During the restaurant’s off season- Chachos Taqueria has been bottling up their hot sauce for wholesale.

It’s called the Bandito Sauce and has a medium heat, featuring habanero, agave, and lime.

The sauce is being sold at local stores, including Whole Foods, Goat Hill Marketplace, Minnesconsin, and the Duluth Kitchen Company.

Chachos also plans to open again in February but with a new indoor dining aspect, which will extend the season for the restaurant. Service aspects will remain the same.
