Ritual Salad bringing a unique and tasty experience to Lincoln Park

Ritual Salad opens in Lincoln Park

Cori Zastera created all of her own recipes and dressings for her new restaurant.

Now open in Lincoln Park, Ritual Salad is offering a fresh homemade restaurant experience in the Twin Ports.

And it’s a restaurant with a unique twist. Along with the salads and other seasonal meals, Ritual Salad also operates as a apothecary.

“I’d always dreamed of owning a restaurant though because cooking is my passion,” says owner Cori Zastera. Cori previously worked as a nurse until she decided it was time to do something new and to follow her dreams.

As for the magical twist Cori says, “I’m pagan and I’ve been pagan for a long time. And so I wanted to bring a little bit of a different aspect to this area.”

Cori says that they make all the dressings fresh and try to use as many local ingredients for their salads as possible.

The process is more like a make you own, where customers choose what ingredients they’d like to have in their salad. You can see their menu here.

Ritual salad is currently open from 10:30am-6:00pm seven days a week.
