Recipe: Chef Stuart’s Minnesota Sushi
Chef Stuart Gordon shared how he likes to make “Minnesota Sushi,” a favorite party snack.
- Pickle spears
- Sliced cheese (He used smoked gouda)
- Dijon mustard
- Layer a slice of cheese on top of your slice of ham. Spread a small dab of Dijon on the cheese.
- Wrap pickle spear.
- For extra flavor, sear on a skillet until ham is browned.
