Preps for mom to send kids back to school
Moms are also getting back into routine as we ease into the school year. Andrea Jang of Duluth Mom tells the Lift, “I’m trying to not only focus on (my daughter). I’m trying to make sure that I also take care of myself and that I am ready too. So, a lot of things that moms forget about are themselves when school starts.”
No. 1: Get your uniform ready. Moms, this is your sign to splurge on some comfy leggings that aren’t see-through.
No. 2: “Everything is more manageable with coffee,” Andrea says get the coffee and travel mug ready.
No. 3: Make sure the gas tank stays full. “Nothing is worse than waking up- especially on a Monday morning- and the gas light is on. Then stressing if you’re going to make it to school “
No. 4: Prep you immune system now. Keep drinking water, sleeping well, and stay on top of your vitamins.
