Learn about mushroom gardens with the Gentleman Forager

Mike Kempenich, the Gentleman Forager, will be at the Arrowhead Home and Builders Show this weekend. He focuses on the food, fun, and mushrooms.

It’s his first time at the home show, and he’s happy to highlight this growing mushroom trend.

As a featured speaker, Mike shares what guests can expect, “I’ll be talking about how to produce or how to make a mushroom garden in your yard. We love plants and we love beautiful gardens, you know, everybody’s trying to have the coolest garden in town. And so I want to tell people how they can add a mushroom element to their garden.”

There’s also a focus on what you can cook with your garden’s mushrooms with Executive Chef Ashley Estrada. Mike says they’ll be cooking up a Morel Stroganoff.

The Arrowhead Home and Builders Show runs Thursday through Sunday at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center.
