Food Truck Friday: Crepes Amour

Crepes Amour is a food truck, but it doesn’t move. The stationary truck has taken up residence at The Depot in downtown Duluth.

Owner Linda Nervick opened it this past spring and came up with a menu of sweet, savory, and even kid-friendly crepes.

“This is a joy. A culinary art, actually,” she said.

Each crepe is made fresh to order. They only take a couple minutes on the griddle.

“Made with brown eggs and milk and sugar, a little bit of sugar, a little vanilla, a little salt,” Nervick said.

The thin pancake-like crepes are then filled with things like bananas and Nutella, berries, or even chicken, bacon, and ranch.

Crepes Amour is open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday at The Depot.
