Destination Duluth Top Photos: Red sky, take warning
Destination Duluth shared a few of the top photos from a week in which Lake Superior was in uproar
Destination Duluth’s top photos this week were weather-related.
Stephanie Irwin captured one of the sunrise on Tuesday, April 16, with the caption “Red sky in the morning, sailors take warning.” And it proved true with gale-force winds later that day. Wind speeds were clocked at 65 mph on the Blatnik Bridge.
Martha Lind captured Lake Superior’s reaction. It was in uproar.
