Chef Stuart’s chicken noodle soup remix

Chef Stuart Gordon shared a remix on a classic chicken noodle soup. He uses ramen noodles and some Asian flavors.

He starts by cooking bite-sized pieces of chicken, then adding a mirepoix of about 2/3 cup each of carrots, onions, and celery.

Then he adds chicken stock, two packets of chili flavoring from a ramen pouch, and some cumin. After that heats up comes the noodles.
