Carol Valentini’s pumpkin pie shots
Carol Valentini shared a recipe for one of her favorite 21+ desserts this time of year.
The pumpkin pie shots feature Butterscotch Schnapps and Frangelico.
“The thing about this is it doesn’t take long to make it, but it takes long for it to congeal and get set up, so you want to make this way ahead of time,” Valentini said.
You start with gelatin and the main ingredients, finishing with the alcohol and topping them off with whipped cream.
