Artists can apply to beautify Duluth utility box

The Duluth Public Arts Commission has a program to beautify the city’s utility boxes, and they are asking artists to apply.

According to city officials, the Utility Box Wrap program focuses on geographic equity, while allowing artists the opportunity to display artwork on utility boxes in various locations throughout the city.
