76th Alice in Dairyland visits The Lift
Wisconsin's 76th Alice in Dairyland stopped by The Lift to talk about the abundance of Wisconsin Agriculture and to talk Cheese brackets.
Ashley Hagenow, the 76th Alice in Dairyland, serves as an ambassador for all of Wisconsin’s agriculture.
The dairy industry is a key driver of Wisconsin’s economy. In honor of March Madness, Hagenow highlighted a bracket that is hard to bust- the Wisconsin Artisan Cheese Bracket.
The elite eight were cheese spreads, colby jack, havarti, gorgonzola, gouda, mozzarella, aged cheddar, and the champion: cheese curds!
Hagenow says to look for the “Proudly Wisconsin” badge on cheese and other dairy products to ensure you’re buying authentic wisconsin cheese.
