40 for 40: Harbortown Rotary sets goal to give back
The Harbortown Rotary is celebrating their 40th anniversary of giving back to the community.
In honor of its 40th year as an organization, members of the Harbortown Rotary are on a mission to complete 40 community service projects.
The group’s motto is “Service Above Self.” They have about 60 members.
They have already completed projects like cleaning up the Lakewalk, packing backpacks at New Hope for Families, and helping First Witness move.
The Harbortown Rotary also says they are on pace to give out more than $20,000 in local grants and scholarships.
