A possible paywall coming to TikTok. Online tech reports say the platform is testing a paywall which would allow creators to set a price for their videos. TikTok users would need 100 thousand followers to be eliglbe for the paywall. TikTok did not comment on the tests.
Apple has released a new fix for an iPhone bug that’s been exploited by hackers.
The software update came after an anonymous researcher pointed out the vulnerability. The bug was in Apple’s browser engine that’s used in Safari a popular target for hackers.
Valentine’s Day marks the end of the marriage between Microsoft and Internet Explorer. A Windows 10 update will disable the browser for good and take all PCs over to Microsoft Edge.
