Tech Bytes: New health features are coming to the Apple Watch

The Apple Watch is finding new ways to help people track their health, LinkedIn has a new addition for its premium subscribers, and Netflix will now reward users for binge watching.

The Apple Watch is finding new ways to help people track their health. Next year’s watch will reportedly detect when a user’s blood pressure is too high. Bloomberg says it’s also expected to detect sleep apnea. And, Apple is working on a paid health coaching service.

Something new for LinkedIn’s premium subscribers. A built-in job coach uses artificial intelligence and other data to help users find, research and apply for new positions. For now, the feature is only launching to a limited set of LinkedIn premium users, before going wider.

A new plan by Netflix to reward people who binge-watch. People who signed up for the ad-supported plan, are getting a break. The new policy says, if you binge three episodes in a row, you get the next one, ad-free! So, happy binging!
