Interview: Northern Light Foundation Children’s Charity Gala

The Northern Lights Foundation has been in business for almost 20 years and in that time, they have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for families in need all over the northland.
Founder Ken Larson, and Joe and Misha Sauer joined us to talk more about the charity and their upcoming event they are hosting to raise money.
In 2006, Ken founded a local charity in Duluth, Minnesota with the mission of providing financial support to families with children who have life-threatening illnesses.
Ken chose the name Northern Lights Foundation (NLF) for this new non-profit organization because his vision was to bring some much needed light into the lives of children and families who were experiencing a dark time.
Their annual Children’s Charity Gala is on September 29, 2022, at the DECC. This is their largest fundraiser of the year and includes a live and silent auction, raffles, social hour, dinner, and presentation. It’s a night you never want to miss!
