Willie Nelson & Family to play in Duluth

Country music legend, Willie Nelson is coming to the Northland. According JADE Presents, the 90-year-old Nelson will play at Duluth’s Bayfront Festival Park on Thursday, May 23 at 7:00 p.m.. Tickets will go on sale on Friday, January 19 at 10 a.m.

Some of his most popular songs include “Always on My Mind,” “On the Road Again,” “To All the Girls I’ve Loved Before,” and “Mammas Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys.”

With a seven-decade-long career, the American country singer, author, actor, and activist continues to put out new work. In recent years, he has delivered more than a dozen new albums, released a Top 10 New York Times’ bestsellers book, and again headlined Farm Aid, the event he co-founded in 1985. In the fall of 2023, he released his newest album, Bluegrass.

On November 3, Nelson will be inducted into The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio. He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1993.
