Twin Ports Telemedicine provides another option for health care in your home

Nurse practitioner launches Twin Ports Telemedicine

A nurse practitioner is bringing health care into the home with her new business called Twin Ports Telemedicine.

Nikki Shockley has been in nursing since she was 17-years-old. “I just love taking care of people, and helping them,” she shared.

She just launched her own business called Twin Ports Telemedicine. It’s virtual health care, where you can access help right on your computer.

“I’m hoping to help bridge the gap with health care. Transportation can be a struggle for a lot of people,” she said. “I’ll also be doing some home visits.”

She can have labs done for you at the clinic closest to you.

The first visit is free. “We need to make sure we are a good fit for each other. It’s not for everyone, but I’d like to be able to talk to someone about it, and see if it’s an avenue they could explore,” Shockley added.

She’s working with major insurance carriers in Minnesota, and plans on doing the same for Wisconsin carriers. Cash also works.
