Looking to grow their programs, two schools are shaking up the hockey landscape.
Rock Ridge and Duluth Denfeld are moving up to Section 7AA. “The Iron Range deserves a good AA team,” said Rock Ridge’s Ben Johnson. “The process of getting better starts with good competition.”
“If Grand Rapids or East aren’t representing section 7AA, it’s going to be northern metro teams,” added Denfeld’s Dale Jago.
