The Haunted Shack has been scaring its guests for 30 years now. They’re known as the longest running haunt in the entire Midwest.

The haunt starts with a haunted hayride, then will take you through their haunted pallet maze through their corn field, and finally you’ll have to move though the the shack with scares around every corner.

The Haunted Shack is only open for two more weekends (Thursday-Saturday) this October. For more information on their schedule and for tickets you can check out their website.

When asked about being open for so long, The Haunted Shack’s Chief “Ghoul” Patrick Stojevich says it’s incredible.

“It brings a lot of pride that we are still around. It takes a lot of dedication, especially being all volunteer based. And we are still going on strong.”

The Haunted Shack also supports many local charities in the area like the local food shelf, coat drive, and the Special Olympics.
