St. Luke’s and USW Local 9460 reach tentative agreement

A couple of days after the day-long labor protest outside of St. Luke’s, the provider and the USW 9460 have a tentative agreement.

St. Luke’s sent out a statement on Thursday afternoon. It reads, “We are pleased to announce that St. Luke’s and United Steelworkers Local 9460 (USW) have reached a tentative contract agreement. USW will bring the contract to its members in the near future. We want to thank all who have worked so diligently at the table to reach a fair and equitable contract.”

The agreement, if ratified, would cover about 140 techs, according to the union.
