Updated: 3-Day Snowfall Reports

Our major spring storm is finally pulling to the northeast, giving the Northland a much needed break. We will see some additional 1-2 inches of snow on Wednesday, with up to 4 inches possible for International Falls to Ely.

The Storm Track Weather Department started talking about this system a week ago. The system moved in on Sunday and continued through Tuesday.

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect for the region, with additional 1-3 inches of snow possible. Plows and sanders have been out, however roads will be slippery.

Light snow, the light fluffy kind, has switched to fine flakes coming down and a good clip. Snow is sticking to the roadways, and the snow will turn to the wet, heavy type by the late evening due to added moisture moving up from the Gulf of Mexico.
