Single vehicle rollover injury crash in Pike Township

Earlier this afternoon Saint Louis County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a single vehicle rollover crash. The crash was located on the 6400 Block of Hwy 21 in Pike Township.
The 22-year-old woman from Babbitt, MN was traveling eastbound on Hwy 21 in a Chevrolet Cobalt. Her vehicle left the roadway and rolled over in the westbound ditch.
The woman was transported by North Memorial Air Care to Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Hospital in Duluth and is in critical condition.
St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Virginia Fire and Ambulance, Pike-Sandy-Britt First Responders, Breitung Police Department and the Minnesota State Patrol.
