November winds cause power outages

Update: As of 1:30 A.M 11/11/22, there are no power outages.

The Gales of November are blowing strong off Lake Superior, and this first winter storm of the season is leaving many Northlanders without power.

According to Minnesota Power’s Outage Map, over 800 customers were without power as of 4:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon. Lake Country Power is also reporting a handful of outages.

Superior Water, Light, & Power has no active outages at the moment.
