Knock out holiday shopping at the annual Festival of Trees

Festival of Trees at the DECC

The Festival of Trees is happening at the DECC from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the DECC on November 12th.

Junior League Duluth hosted the first day of their annual ‘Festival of Trees’ at the DECC.

If you missed out today, you can still attend Sunday November 12th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.. With the holiday season near, organizers say this is a great place to get some of your holiday shopping done.

Items are sold at individual booths and Junior League President Angela Engblom says that this year they filled up on vendors.

Holiday themed arts and crafts, hand made hats and mittens, locally published books are just to name a few of the items up for purchase. Engblom says that purchases help support local organizations and non-profits.

There is an admission fee of $4 for those over the age of 12 years-old. If you bring in a non-perishable food item for Second Harvest Lakes Food Bank you will receive $1 off your admission. Parking at the DECC is $10 per vehicle.
