Justin Liles: Warmer Thursday

April 17th: Warmer Thursday

Warmer Thursday

The low responsible for our rain over the last 24 hours is pushing well into Canada. There will be some breaks in the clouds tonight and winds will be much lighter than last night. Some sunshine will return under westerly winds Thursday. We will likely see warmer conditions all over Thursday. Typically, with westerly winds temperatures tend to be warmer by the lake.

So, mid-50s are possible by the lake. Cooler air arriving Friday will drop daytime highs below average all over the region. Factor in the return of some windy conditions and temperatures will feel about 10° cooler than daytime highs. Sunshine and increasing temperatures will move in over the weekend with Sunday being the warmest. Some light rain possible on Monday before warmer air returns through the middle of next week.
