Justin Liles: Flurries on Friday

April 18th: Flurries possible Friday

April 18th: Flurries possible Friday

There may be some light rain or snow showers over parts of central to northern Minnesota into this evening. Stronger westerly winds will occur Friday under mostly cloudy skies. There will be a snow and/or rain showers and a few stronger snow showers are possible. The strong April sun and above freezing temperatures will limit any snow accumulation.

Sunshine returns this weekend, and temps get warmer. Both Saturday and Sunday will be breezy, but Sunday will be the warmest. Many areas of our regions will see temperatures climbing back into the upper 50s and lower 60s. Despite breezy conditions through the weekend the sun should still feel warm. There is a chance of some light rain Monday, but daytime should stay near 50° or higher through the middle of next week.
