An area of low pressure and cold front stretched from northwest Ontario through the North Dakota/Minnesota border southwest into South Dakota will slowly move through beginning tonight. There may be a few showers tonight over portions of far northern Minnesota with chances increasing for all areas on Saturday into Saturday evening.

Most of the rain looks to hold off until 5pm Saturday. Clouds will hang around and keep temperatures cooler than average. Winds will be off the lake Saturday and shoreline communities will likely be much cooler. This will likely lead to early AM fog this weekend. Showers could linger into Monday morning too. Drier conditions are expected next week Tuesday through Friday.
