Today, January 18th is a special day – we want to wish Dennis Anderson a happy 80th birthday!
Denny started his broadcasting career working for WHLB radio in Virginia. He went on to building a legendary career. He anchored the news at WDIO/WIRT from 1970 until 2011 winning countless journalism awards along the way and becoming a fixture in all our homes.
Denny ended every newcast with his famous tagline, “Good night everyone and be kind.”
