Rapid snowmelt caused flooding along Highway 13 in Northern Wisconsin Tuesday evening, which led to a culvert washout and partial road closure.
Both the north and southbound lanes of Highway 13 were closed from County Trunk Highway P in Douglas Country to County Trunk Highway A in Bayfield County, Wisconsin. The road is now reopened.
Drivers should still proceed with caution, and never drive through standing water on any roadway.
