Edgewater Resort and Waterpark has undergone construction

If you have driven along London Road, you probably have seen some construction going on, and that’s because the Edgewater Resort and Waterpark has undergone some construction changes.

The hotel is tearing down the oldest part of its complex as owners begin work on a renovation plan. The demolition work started in April on the two-story wing style of the motel that was constructed in 1965. The old motel structure has been vacant since March 2020.

The Edgewater Resort and its Waterpark will remain open during the demolition.
