Duluth man charged with two counts of threats of violence

A Duluth man faces two counts of threats of violence after allegedly making some threatening posts on Facebook.

Trevor Hambricke Billings was arrested on Tuesday evening.

This came after police began to receive reports of threats made by someone who had Facebook account called Turtleboy Duluth.

Superior Police ended up stationed at the Superior refinery to keep the facility safe. And one school near his residence debated going into lockdown.

Officers attempted to contact Billings. He fled out the back window of his apartment before being arrested.

Authorities believe he was inside his apartment when he was allegedly making the posts.
