Crisp & Green and Insomnia Cookies coming to Bluestone

Two new food businesses, Crisp & Green and Insomnia Cookies, are coming to the Shops at Bluestone in Duluth.
Bluestone says Insomnia Cookies, which serves warm cookies at any hour, could open as soon as this spring.
Crisp & Green is expected to open this summer. They serve salads, grain bowls, and smoothies.
The Shops at Bluestone are located off of Woodland Avenue, across from UMD’s campus.
