Amazon confirms plans to build in Duluth

Amazon has confirmed they have plans to build property in Duluth.

“Plans for this piece of property are in the very early stages, we look forward to sharing more in the future,” explained Kara Hille with Amazon public relations.

Amazon said they purchased property that was part of the Atlas Industrial Park at the end of 2023.

Kelli Latuska, the Public Information Officer for the City of Duluth, said they are hoping to have more information out soon.
