2023 Beargrease Cub Run

With the 39th Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon just around the corner, race week kicked off Saturday with the 2023 Cub Run.
Mushers ages 3-14 checked in at Lakeview National Golf Course at 11 am. The two-mile class began their race at 1 pm. Once that finished, the ¼ mile class went through the beginner course. The event concluded with awards at 2:30 pm.
Many of the young mushers have parents competing in the marathon next Sunday. WDIO will have live coverage at the start at 10 am, both on TV and livestreamed on WDIO.com.
