Missing Person Alert for Madeline Jane Kingsbury

The Winona Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Madeline Jane Kingsbury, who is 26 years old.

She was last seen the morning of March 31 and has not had contact with friends or family since.

The Winona Police Department along with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is actively reviewing and following up on information obtained during the ongoing investigation.
