Governor Tony Evers Opens Applications for Ashland County District Attorney

Governor Tony Evers has announced that he is seeking applicants for Ashland County District Attorney. This search comes as District Attorney David V. Meany announces his retirement effective Oct. 2nd, 2023. The new district attorney will serve for the remainder of the term that ends January 2025.

To apply, please email a completed application form and supporting materials to GovDAapp@wisconsin.gov. Applications must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, September 8th.
