Spring auction for antiques, collectables

On Saturday at 11 am, Nordic Auction will be hosting an antiques and collectables live auction. Because of the amount of snow this winter, Nordic Auction has not been able to have as many events. 

“We handle a lot of antiques as a rule, with the winter that we’ve been having with the antiques have been few and far between with the snow drifts,” said Owner Forrest Evavold. “So this is our big spring sale here.”

The auction will include items such as collectable coins, comic books, and a variety of vintage signs and furniture. 

“We sell live. We don’t do anything on a computer,” said Evavold. “And I get to holler at everybody and we just go item for item and we when we sell it and the people get super happy and they take the items home and put them in their living rooms and their dining rooms.”
